Maddison Leigh offers an exchange or refund for damaged items through transit or if they have an inherent product defect. You must notify us by email within 7 days on receipt of a damaged product. We ask you return the product in question to us so we can follow up with our suppliers. We accept no responsibility of damage to the product once delivery has been made.
